COACH
As a faculty member at CAP21 (NYU's Musical Theatre Conservatory), Francis has taught audition technique to both college students and post-graduate professionals in the Summer Intensive Musical Theatre Training Program, run several mock audition master classes for undergraduates, and served as an audition coach for CAP21's graduating seniors.
In January of 2009, Francis founded Custom Coaching with his colleague James Jackson, Jr.
